As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, my passion lies in breaking down complexity to drive efficiency and streamline business processes. With over seven years in System Test Engineering, I have cultivated a deep understanding of product release cycles and sustainment processes and applying experience to meticulously test hardware and software systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products. I have successfully transitioned these skills into the Salesforce domain.

My analytical mindset enables me to extract valuable insights from data, helping shape informed and strategic business decisions. I am complimenting this skill set through my involvement in various Salesforce community groups, continuously improving my knowledge in business requirement gathering, solutions, and best practices for Salesforce implementation.

A former collegiate distance runner, I fill my free time with physical activities like running, soccer, biking, and hiking.  I enjoy traveling and working on my photography skills.  I'm also an avid reader and interested in keeping up to date with new technologies, always seeking opportunities to learn and evolve.
