General Contractor App

This project was born out of experience working with a general contractor for house renovations.  Learning a little about the business made me realize that implementing Salesforce would help improve business processes and efficiency, from keeping track of Potential Clients and Households, to organizing Projects and Subcontractors.  Below you'll find slides providing an overview of the General Contractor App.  Links to the Backlog Items and examples of Paths, Validation Rules, and Flows used within the App can be found below the slides.
